I bought my vehicle at Automax because I liked the selection. My father-in-law had recently purchased his car from George and seemed quite pleased and suggested I do the same. I was not disappointed as George was very friendly and informative. He made suggestions without being "pushy" and allowed me to make an informative choice which I am very happy with. He has continued to be very helpful and has offered to take my vehicle in for repairs/service when needed as we both live in the "Grove". I have had my vehicle in your shop for several repairs and a tune-up and was extremely happy with the service. Your mechanic was very helpful and it was great to be able to explain my problems to him in person. I had one of those problems that would come and go, and he was instrumental in getting it solved right the first time. I would certainly not hesitate to deal with George or Automax for my next vehicle purchase and I will continue to come to them for repairs not only on my Jimmy but my other vehicle as well.

This letter is in regards to the service that i received from your company since September of last year. Beginning with my first visit, when Justin Campbell and George Lazarakos greeted me at the front door of your dealership, I was treated with respect and was made to feel that I was a valued customer.

Throughout whole purchase process, Justin had the answers to all of my questions at hand and gave them to me in a knowledgeable and sincere manor. Also all promises that were made, were kept in a time range that was discussed and in the end my purchase from Automax was made. I am sure that with most of your clients the story would end here, but your company's attention to detail and customer satisfaction kept going.

One month after my purchase, your company still stepped up to the plate and helped me rectify an issue that I had with the vehicle, and ensured that I was satisfied with the outcome. Again, living up to your promise of customer satisfaction.

Now approximately six months later, as the weather turns nice and it was time for me to change the "hard top" of my vehicle for the summer, I began thinking of the promise that Justin (also reiterated by George), that when the weather turned for the better in the spring, to bring the vehicle back for one half hour and he, as well as George would instruct and help me change the roof over for the summer months. I wanted to do it myself but was still confused after reading the owner's manual. So a call was placed to Justin and asked if it was still OK to get his assistance. His reply was, "Of course!!" "When would you like to come in?" To make a long story short, when I arrived at your dealership, both Justin and George were there to help me, letting me know what there was to do to get things ready, regular maintenance of the roof, how to assemble and disassemble, how to open and close the soft top, plus some added tips on the storage of the hard top for the season. Both gentlemen were very courteous through the whole process and made sure before I left, that I was satisfied and comfortable with the use and care of my soft top. The treatment I have received from Automax has ensured that I am both satisfied and comfortable with my whole purchase and will also be sure to tell others of my experience.

I am writing this letter to let you know about one of your employees in Sarnia. His name is George Lazarakos and he does way more than his job requires!

I purchased a van from him a year ago and I was and have been totally satisfied with the service he provided then and now! I mentioned to my family how impressed I was with George. My sister, father-in-law and sister-in-law all went to Automax and bought vehicles from him this year.

Very recently my father was battling with an illness and unfortunately lost the battle and passed away. George called several times to see how he was doing and how we were holding up. He has since sent a sympathy card to us and has kept us in his thoughts and prayers. George is definitely not your typical car salesman. He truly cares about the people he deals with.

When I need to purchase another vehicle, you can rest assured that I will be calling George. My wife and I hope he is still around when our 4 children start driving and want to buy vehicles! It is refreshing to deal with someone who not only knows everything about is products, but is so caring and considerate!

Dear George,

I would like to say thank you for helping us buying the car. When we couldn't get the financing right away, you stood by us. Many car dealerships would have walked away, but not Automax.

Since buying the car, the garage has been helpful answering all my questions about maintaining the Saturn.

When my car had to go in the shop with minor repairs, you took the matter in your hands and told us you'd handle it all. If felt good because I know when my car gets fixed, it's fixed properly.

I just want to say another thank you because it's hard to find a good car dealership, and when you find it, you don't go anywhere else. This is what we find with Automax. We highly recommend you to our friends, co-workers, and anyone who would listen.

Dear Automax,

Well where do I start, it was roughly a year ago when we first entered the doors of Automax, and who did we deal with then was Tim and Scott. I just want to say that even though things did not work out at that time, between the two of you guys you did everything that you could for us, and I promised you guys that when and if we were looking for a car again we would come back to you, low and behold we did. This time we dealt with Scott and Justin.

I would first like to thank Justin for being a great salesman, you have been terrific with us and I am very pleased with the 2000 Intrepid we bought from you.

Next, I would like to say a special thanks to Scott, you have been right there from the beginning for us, you have put up with my constant calling and never once have I gotten negative feedback about it. You guys stepped right up to make sure things were done right on our car and it is greatly appreciated. I understand that is your job, but you know what, to me that makes a customer feel good when someone tries everything they can to get you what you want, and like I said, the first time fell through due to circumstances beyond anyone's control. but fortunately for us and Automax the second time was a charm.
